​We offer an all-inclusive lifestyle where your rent covers the essentials! Heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are all included, meaning no hidden fees or separate bills. Every suite comes fully-furnished to make your move-in easy. Beyond your suite, you'll benefit from secure living, modern amenities, and regular social programming events designed to help you connect and build a strong community right from home!

​Living at Cornerstone means no hidden costs or moving headaches. Each suite comes fully-furnished with a double bed, in unit laundry, and includes all utilities in your rent. It’s a stress-free, turnkey setup — perfect for students coming from out of town, international students, or anyone who wants to focus on studies instead of bills.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included in your monthly rent, so you can stream, study, game, and stay connected without worrying about setup fees, contracts, or surprise bills.

With fully-furnished suites, all-inclusive rent, high-speed internet, and roommate matching, moving in is simple — no need to buy furniture or set up utilities. You’ll also join a vibrant, welcoming student community right from day one.

Yes! Every Cornerstone suite comes equipped with in-suite laundry for your convenience. No more waiting in shared laundry rooms or hauling clothes around campus — you’ll have your own washer and dryer right in your apartment. It’s one of the many ways Cornerstone makes student living easier, more comfortable, and completely hassle-free.

​We sign 3-year agreements with free opt-out windows so you can plan your stay (and your budget) accordingly! The minimum stay is a 12-month cycle beginning in September 2026-August 2027.

​Nothing! At Cornerstone, we want to provide a turn key and all-inclusive approach to the purpose-built Student market. All utilities such as water, electricity and gas are included in your base rent.

​An Individual Liability Lease gives you peace of mind! It means you’re only responsible for your rent and your space — not your roommates’. Each resident signs their own lease agreement, so if someone else moves out early or misses a payment, it won’t affect you. It’s a simple, secure way to enjoy shared living without sharing the financial responsibility.

​We require that all residents have a guarantor over the age of 18. Since students don’t have a long work history or stable income in most cases, we request that a parent, guardian or someone capable of assuring your financial responsibilities signs as guarantor for your term.

​At Cornerstone, the security deposit is equal to half of one month’s rent and helps cover any potential damage beyond normal wear and tear when you move out. As long as your suite is left in good condition, your deposit will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy in accordance with BC’s Residential Tenancy Act.

​Cornerstone management will be providing a roommate matching service to all individual residents looking for roommates. This service pairs you with like-minded residents based on a short personality and lifestyle quiz, helping to create a comfortable and compatible living experience. Our goal is to make sure you feel right at home from day one — living with people who share similar habits, study styles, and interests.

​At Cornerstone, we pride ourselves on having an on-site maintenance staff member for all of your service request needs! Our easy to use and intuitive Resident Portal will allow you to create a work order and provide notes on access, presence of animals and assign an urgency level. On evenings and weekends an answering service will direct you to a representative in the event of an emergency and our teams remain on standby 24/7 for your safety and comfort.

​Insurance is mandatory with all agreements in order to protect yourself from liability, ensure you are covered from costly accidents or mistakes and at your own discretion protecting your personal belongings from someone else’s potential missteps. We are happy to discuss with you!
